I couldn’t recommend Ryan highly enough. He recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Pricing was fair, the project was completed on time, and the quality of workmanship across each aspect of the renovation was great and what you would expect, which doesn’t happen always when hiring tradesmen. From plumbing and plastering to tiling and the finishing touches, every trade was carried out to a satisfactory standard. Communication and problem-solving were great. Whenever unexpected issues came up, Ryan offered better alternative solutions which was appreciated for the money paid for this type of project, and cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it finished. Ryan was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the project. Five star review - used Kingston Plumbing a few times now - online booking system is great - advises of delays if something urgent like a leak crops up or if delayed on earlier job as you just never know how the day is going to pan out with some Jobs. Very reasonable in price and repaired various things for us even when we’ve thought it’s the end of life and it needs a full rip out over a repair. Came the same day and sorted my issue (leaking toilet) asked him about another issue whilst he was here and he advised me what to get. Couple of weeks later we have a fully working shower. After struggling to find a plumber to fit an outdoor tap at my home I messaged Ryan and he turned up that day to see if it could be done as its a bit awkward, he told me how he could do it and then sent me a quote, arrived just a few days later job was done brilliantly, I finally have an outdoor tap! I always referred to the ensuite as my nemesis. However, fast forward 8 days and a sprinkle of glittery sparkle, it's now my favourite room in the house. Ryan has been amazing.  I was dubious at first of engaging with someone I didn't know or who wasn't recommended but was pleasantly surprised that not only did he actually come to do a quote but arrived at the time we agreed - I've been let down so many times in the past by trades!! He listened to what I wanted and offered advice where needed. He provided detailed quotes really quickly, with no hidden costs. Ryan was so patient, especially with the amount of glitter and sparkle and my ever changing wish list and guided me through what could realistically be achieved within my budget.  He gave me links to local suppliers, providing sizes and styles to consider. Arranging a date for work to start was easy and Ryan fitted in with my timescales.  He kept in regular contact and confirmed the day before what time he would arrive. He ws great from the moment he arrived. He kept us informed of what he would be doing that day, continually checking that I was happy with the progress.  Half way through, there was a "I've changed my mind" moment, which didn't phase him at all and he just went with it. Thankfully, the items were out of stock so we stayed with the original plan and I'm so glad we did as the finished product is fabulous.  Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan - I ensured there was a constant supply of tea and chocolate hobnobs which helped. It feels strange to say about someone who came to do work in the house and was only here for 8 days, but he now feels like family and we will actually miss him and his very cheeky banter!! Ryan is polite, professional, considerate and completely skilled in his craft.  He is excellent value for money and worth every penny. Thanks Ryan for been here in our hour of need we had a suspected leak under the floorboards thought it was the copper pipe to the radiator, Ryan came we explained we thought we had a leak  he checked in the loft the main cold water header tank was overflowing into gutter the ballcock was jammed he replaced it solved the problem saved getting the floor boards up which would have been horrendous he also connected the outside tap to the mains with a shut of valve. On Sunday I noticed we had a leak in the toilet it was an old toilet we sourced a new toilet and on the Tuesday he came and plumbed it in for us, he did a brilliant job.
