Customer satisfaction is our upmost priority, without your delight on the work we have carried out, ourselves are not satisfied either. We take pride in all the work we carry out, from temporary repairs to complete bathroom installations. If our work isn’t completed to a standard you wished for, we will fix the problems you may have (though, we believe you won’t be dissatisfied with our work), our work isn’t complete until you are absolutely appeased with our works.
Clearly, Peter was very happy with the work we carried out on his WC. Peter told us that he had been having problems with his WC cistern leaking from the flush valve, after a few attempts to fix the leak himself over numerous weeks, Peter posted his job on MyBuilderafter isolating the supply to the toilet, We contacted Peter and the next day we was there to fix the leak. The problem with Peters cistern was the flush valve outlet size. Flush valve outlets come in 2 sizes – 1 & 1/2″ OR 2″, Peters cistern was built to fit the 2″ valve. We supplied and fitted a 2″ flush valve, along with a new fill valve and cold water pipework with a new isolation valve and got Peters En-suite WC back up and running, for a very inexpensive cost to Peter.
Peter was delighted with the works that we had carried out in his property, leaving us a review on our MyBuilder profile, stating that we had done more work than we invoiced for and left the repair and the area clean and tidy.
Next up is a positive feedback left on our Facebook page by Mike. Mike contacted us on MyBuilder to install him an outside tap, we went to quote the job on the Sunday and on the Wednesday morning, we had it installed. With Mike and his family being senior citizens, we installed the outside tap with a “tool-less isolation valve”, for ease to the user, in case they wished to isolate the supply to the tap, in an event of a leak, maintenance or in the winter to prevent freezing. Mike now sees us as his “go-to plumber” as stated in the brilliant review he left us! Thanks Mike!
Now we saved the best, until last. The one that made us smile the most, maybe due to it being our first ever feedback being left for what we’ve done. The moment I read Lisas’ review for the first time, it filled my heart with such joy, to be appreciated in what you do makes us feel valued, it’s how we want to feel, appreciated for what we do, but in order to be appreciated, we have to provide the goods in our service, with quality workmanship.
